Who sells

What you buy

Bill check, €4.90 VAT included, one-off. It covers one site: electricity and gas at the same supply address. You upload up to fourteen bills from the last twelve months, the service reads them and produces a report: every check with its outcome, an explanation and, when it can be estimated, the euros at stake. The report stays on your page and we email it to you; when there are errors it includes a draft complaint to the supplier, which you send. The service is performed in full when the report is delivered.

Monitoring, €19.90 VAT included, for twelve months (launch price; the list price is €24.90, and what counts is the price shown at the time of purchase). It includes the Bill check at all your addresses, without buying it separately: you generate the report whenever you want, and every time you upload new bills we redo it for you and write to you if we find an error. On top of that, every night we compare your supply points with the day's offers and write to you when an offer beats yours, and at every expiry of your terms. Up to three addresses — electricity and gas together, six meters at most — and seventy-two bills a year. It does not renew by itself: thirty days before the end we write to you, and if you pay again the new twelve months start from the end of the current ones.

The free plan stays free: the summary when you confirm your email and one courtesy alert when your contract terms are about to expire.

How you pay

Through PayPal, with an account or a card. No card data passes through us. PayPal sends you the receipt; if you need an invoice, write to us within the month of purchase with your tax details. Prices are in euro, VAT included, as shown at the time of purchase.

When it starts, and the right of withdrawal

The service starts immediately, because you ask for it with a tick before paying. You have the fourteen-day right of withdrawal under the Italian Consumer Code, with these consequences, which the tick repeats:

• Bill check: a service performed in full when the report is delivered; once delivered, the right of withdrawal is lost (art. 59, letter a).
• Monitoring: you may withdraw within fourteen days by writing to support@sintropy.ai; we refund the price minus the part of the service already used, pro rata by day (art. 57, par. 3). After fourteen days the plan runs to the end of the twelve months and does not renew.

Refunds go back to the same payment method within fourteen days of the request.

What the report is, and is not

The report is an automatic verification of the data your bill states, against the parameters published by ARERA. It is not legal, tax or technical advice, and it does not replace the supplier's answer to a complaint: only the supplier can correct a bill. A "not verifiable" item means the bill does not show the data that would be needed, not that it is wrong. An "ok" outcome gives no right to a refund: the service is the check, not the finding of an error.

We do not switch supplier for you and we receive no fees from suppliers: the comparison is independent.

Your data

How we handle bills, email and payments is in the privacy notice. From your page you can delete everything, at any time; the payment remains as an accounting record, without the person.

Law and disputes

Italian law applies. Disputes go to the court of the place where the consumer resides or is domiciled. You may also turn to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body listed by the Italian Ministry; before that, write to us: we answer within thirty days.
